Scrap lithium batteries are fed into a shredder by a conveyor for shredding. The shredded material is then sent to a two-stage multi blade crusher for crushing. The material after secondary crushing enters the conveyor and is equipped with magnetic separation equipment to separate the iron in the material. The sorted materials are transported by a conveyor to an air flow separator, where the diaphragm paper in the positive and negative electrodes is separated by an induced draft fan and a cyclone feeder.
