Scrap lithium batteries are fed into a shredder by a conveyor for shredding. The shredded material is then sent to a two-stage multi blade crusher for crushing. The sorted materials are transported by a conveyor to an air flow separator, where the diaphragm paper in the positive and negative electrodes is separated by an induced draft fan and a cyclone feeder. The sorted positive and negative electrodes are then fed into a three-stage crusher for fine crushing, crushing the materials to around 20 mesh. The crushed material enters the cyclone separator through a negative pressure system for dust filtration, and is separated by two airflow streams to separate substances of different densities.
