Brief introduction

Process flow

First, support the waste motor stator on the support column, and use a copper cutting positioning plate to position the motor stator. Use one of the foot switches to control the cutting blade to cut off the copper wire coils of the motor stator; Then place the cut motor stator on the lifting table of the copper pulling machine, and control the motor stator to rise to the copper pulling positioning plate through a manual switch. The copper pulling positioning plate limits the motor stator, and then use another foot switch to control the pliers to bite the copper coil, pull the copper wire coil out of the stator, and complete the disassembly of the stator. Users can recover the copper wire coil and stator core according to the actual situation.
