      Brief introduction

      Waste capacitors are generally scrap materials from electronic component companies or electronic components on circuit boards. Capacitors can be divided into: aluminum shell, aluminum foil, tin pins (also known as electronic pins, outer layer tin plated, inner layer copper plated, inner layer iron needles with magnetism), outer shell plastic paint shell, oil and paper. The smaller the capacitor, the higher its value. Generally speaking, the aluminum content of capacitors accounts for about 11% -26%, tin pins account for about 15%, and aluminum foil accounts for about 8%. Aluminum plastic separation equipment is mainly used for crushing and sorting capacitors, with obvious separation effects. The main process is through a multi blade crusher crushing, crushing, specific gravity sorting, and eddy current sorting process.

      The capacitor recycling equipment adopts a dry crushing and crushing process to turn electronic (capacitor) and other raw materials into a mixture of metal, plastic, and non-metallic paper. Then, through specific gravity sorting and eddy current sorting, aluminum and paper are separated. To prevent dust pollution during the customization process, a three-stage dust collector is adopted, effectively solving the problem of dust pollution. The capacitance recovery equipment is completed through a multi machine combination structure of dedicated crushers, crushers, grading screens, and sorting machines, with multiple machines feeding at once. It is equipped with automatic conveying and sorting equipment to achieve the separation, sorting, and recovery of metals and non-metals.

      Process flow

      1. Multi blade crusher: Crush and decompose waste capacitors.

      2. Air flow sorting machine: The crushed capacitor is subjected to air flow sorting to separate the oil paper, aluminum, rubber, and electronic feet.

      3. Magnetic separator: Magnetic separation is performed on the materials sorted by airflow, and the electronic feet are magnetically separated.

      4. Eddy current sorting machine: separates aluminum and rubber.

      Advantage

      1. We have adopted new processes such as multi blade crushing, airflow separation, magnetic separation, and eddy current separation. After crushing and separation, we separate metal and non-metal materials to a high degree, with a separation effect of over 99%;

      2. The key technology is to organically combine various specialized crushing, crushing, and magnetic separation equipment for waste electronic components and capacitor components to achieve good energy-saving effects in the supply process, and achieve a high metal separation rate.

      The waste capacitor recycling equipment can separate the components on the waste circuit board, and can separate various conductive and non-conductive materials, as well as metal and non-metal materials. The equipment is mainly used for the metal sorting of capacitors and aluminum-plastic mixtures in waste electronic waste, with clear separation effects. Due to the annual elimination of a large amount of waste in cities, waste capacitor recycling equipment can recycle and reuse these wastes. The equipment is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, which is not only conducive to the recycling of resources, but also to the stable and long-term development of environmental protection.
