Operational principle

The sorting machine, cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan form a classification system. Under the suction force of the fan, the material moves at high speed from the lower inlet of the classifier to the classification area with the rising airflow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the gap between the classification wheel blades for collection. The coarse particles sink under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, and are thrown around the cylinder by the rotor blades and slide down along the cylinder, During the landing process, it is also impacted by secondary air flow, causing the agglomerated fine powder in the coarse particles to disperse and blow again towards the classification chamber. The coarse powder is discharged by the lower discharge valve under the action of gravity.

Performance characteristics
