Introduce

The roller crusher uses two sets of separately driven roller shafts to crush materials through the squeezing force and grinding shear force generated by relative rotation. At the same time, it is subjected to the squeezing and shearing of the roller shaft, and the material begins to break. The small particles that break along the tangent line of the roller rotation are thrown out towards the bottom of the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts. The large particles that exceed the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.

Operational principle
