Brief introduction

Hammer crusher is a type of equipment that crushes materials in the form of impact. Hammer crusher is composed of a box, rotor, hammer head, impact lining plate, sieve plate, etc. It can adjust the clearance of the grate according to user needs, change the discharge particle size, and meet the different needs of different users. It is mainly suitable for crushing medium and brittle materials such as lithium batteries and circuit boards, such as circuit boards, lithium batteries, cans, aluminum slag, and other metal materials in the medium and fine crushing operations.

Operational principle

The main working component of a hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer head. During operation, the electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material is fed into the crushing chamber of the hammer crusher from the upper feeding port. The material is crushed due to the impact and shear tearing of the high-speed rotating hammer head. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The crushed material with a particle size smaller than the sieve hole is discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particle size larger than the sieve hole is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be impacted and ground by a hammer until the required particle size is crushed, and then discharged through the sieve plate. By adopting a sealed design, the problems of dust pollution and dust leakage in the crushing department have been solved.
