Roller crusher

Introduce

The roller crusher uses two sets of separately driven roller shafts to crush materials through the squeezing force and grinding shear force generated by relative rotation. After the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, it is subjected to the meshing force of the rotating roller shaft, which forces the material to pass between the two rollers. At the same time, it is subjected to the squeezing and shearing of the roller shaft, and the material begins to break. The small particles that break along the tangent line of the roller rotation are thrown out towards the bottom of the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts. The large particles that exceed the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.

Operational principle

The roller crusher will crush the material through the feeding port and drop it between two rollers for squeezing and crushing, and the finished material will naturally fall down. When encountering hard or unbreakable objects, the rollers of the roller crusher can automatically retreat by the action of the hydraulic cylinder or spring, increasing the gap between the rollers and preventing the hard or unbreakable objects from falling off, thereby protecting the machine from damage. The two rollers rotating in opposite directions have a certain gap. By changing the gap, the product discharge particle size can be controlled. A double roll crusher uses a pair of opposite rotating circular rollers, while a four roll crusher uses two pairs of opposite rotating circular rollers for crushing operations.
