Pulse bag filter is a new type of single machine dust removal unit that improves the original ash unloading system and simplifies the equipment structure based on the absorption of the original bag filter. Operational principle

Dust containing air enters the middle of the dust collector box from the bottom of the dust collector. Coarse particles of dust settle down by their own gravity and fall into the ash bin. Fine dust is adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag through various effects. The purified air filtered by the filter bag enters the upper box through a Venturi tube and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag accumulates and thickens over time, and the resistance of the dust collector gradually increases. The amount of gas processed continuously decreases. In order to keep the dust collector in an effective working state and maintain pressure loss within a certain range, it is necessary to remove the accumulated dust adsorbed on the outside of the bag wall.

The ash cleaning process is carried out by the control instrument issuing instructions to each electromagnetic pulse valve according to the specified requirements, opening the valves in sequence, and spraying high-pressure air into each group of bags in sequence. The compressed air inside the air bag passes through the orifice of the blowing tube and enters the filter bag (called primary air) through the Venturi tube. When the high-speed airflow is blown through the Venturi tube - injector, the surrounding air several times that of the primary air is induced to enter the bag simultaneously (called secondary air). Due to the strong reverse airflow formed by this primary and secondary air, which is opposite to the filtered airflow, the filter bag rapidly shrinks, expands, and contracts in an instant, as well as the reverse effect of the airflow, gradually removing the dust adsorbed on the outside of the bag wall.
