Applicable scope

Continuous carbonization can carbonize a wide range of materials. The continuous carbonization machine can dry distill and anaerobic carbonize carbon containing wooden materials (with a diameter of less than 15mm) such as electronic waste, circuit boards, capacitors, sawdust, rice husks, peanut shells, plants, bark, straw, chicken manure, cow manure, hemp stalks, walnut shells, coconut shells, palm shells, sawdust, etc. under high temperature conditions in the carbonization machine, with a high carbonization rate. At the same time, it can be used for high-temperature pyrolysis of garbage, waste tires, lignite, coal based, blue charcoal, activated coke, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide and other chemicals.

Operational principle

A carbonization machine first burns materials through a gasifier to produce flue gas. After the flue gas purification system considers impurities such as wood tar and oil smoke, the flue gas is transported to the carbonization machine for combustion. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the carbonization machine adds materials that need to be carbonized, which are transported through pipelines to burn the materials inside the carbonization machine. Organic combustion needs to meet three requirements: heat, oxygen, and organic matter, because the carbonization machine is almost a closed space, To meet the demand for oxygen deficiency, the material will not burn into ash but only into charcoal after adjusting the speed of the internal conveying device of the carbonization machine at a high temperature of 800 degrees Celsius.

The smoke generated by the materials burned in the carbonization machine is purified and then returned to the carbonization machine for combustion, allowing the machine's thermal energy to operate continuously, achieving smoke-free, environmentally friendly, and continuous effects. The carbon is transported by a cooling machine to cool down, resulting in a temperature of only 50-80 degrees when it comes out. During the transportation process, the carbon is in full contact with the air. If the material has a high density and is relatively thick, although there is no open flame on the surface, there may be sparks in the core of the material, and it may also self ignite. It is necessary to install a mist spray device to cool the discharged charcoal for a second time, in order to completely eliminate the source of fire.

Constituent part

The carbonization supply line equipment includes components such as carbonization machine, gasifier, smoke and dust processor, combustible gas purifier, combustible gas condenser, and induced draft fan. Carbonization machine is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly carbonization equipment, which is suitable for carbonization of fine powder like sawdust, rice husks, straw, sludge, garbage, etc. It is not easy to use for materials with larger carbonization. By using advanced carbonization technology, the entire process does not produce harmful gases and does not pollute the environment.

Operation

1. When the carbonization machine is first started (feeding) and heated, a heat source is needed to warm the carbonization machine.

① One method is to use the hot gas flow generated by the reflector furnace for combustion and carbonization, achieving the goal of heating up and carbonization.

② Another method is to use a gasifier device to ignite combustible gas through the gasifier, and the combustible gas produced by gasification is burned and carbonized to achieve the purpose of heating and carbonization (the gasified straw is converted into carbonized carbon powder through the carbonized carbon powder output device, and the combustible gas is recovered through the wood tar recovery device)

2. When the carbonization temperature reaches a certain temperature, the combustible gas generated inside is separated by a dust separator, and the separated combustible gas is then recovered through a wood tar recovery device.

3. After carbonization and heating to produce gas, the heating device of the reflector furnace or the gas production device of the gasifier will stop working at this time, and the preliminary heating equipment will finish working.

4. After carbonization for about 0.5-1 hours (with different time and temperature), the carbon powder slowly flows into the carbonization carbon powder cooler and flows out from the cooler. The equipment supply is normal and can be continuously discharged without interruption.

5. Wood tar is an important chemical raw material, which contains more than 300 chemical elements. This equipment will automatically discharge wood tar.
