Introduce

The small particles that break along the tangent line of the roller rotation are thrown out towards the bottom of the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts. The large particles that exceed the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.

Operational principle

The two rollers rotating in opposite directions have a certain gap. By changing the gap, the product discharge particle size can be controlled. A double roll crusher uses a pair of opposite rotating circular rollers, while a four roll crusher uses two pairs of opposite rotating circular rollers for crushing operations.
