Operational principle

The main working component of a hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer head. The material is crushed due to the impact and shear tearing of the high-speed rotating hammer head. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The crushed material with a particle size smaller than the sieve hole is discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particle size larger than the sieve hole is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be impacted and ground by a hammer until the required particle size is crushed, and then discharged through the sieve plate. By adopting a sealed design, the problems of dust pollution and dust leakage in the crushing department have been solved.
