2. The induced draft fan is a centrifugal fan that mainly provides suitable air pressure and volume for the unit, and plays a role in dust removal.

3. The main body of the dust collector is a box, and there is a ash door at the bottom of the box. The box should be installed in a vertical frame. The upper body of the vertical frame is covered with filter bags, and the dust collector receives dusty gas from the centrifugal separator. Enter the box from the entrance and discharge into the external space through the filter bag. Due to the fact that the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter can reach over 99%. When the filter resistance of the dust collector increases, you can choose to stop the machine and manually clean it during the rest time. When cleaning the dust collection bag, you can shake the filter bag by hand for tens of seconds to shake off the dust stuck on the surface of the filter bag. The shaken dust can be directly discharged into the dust collection bag through the ash door of the box, and then removed. Green and environmentally friendly, complete.

1. Connect the power and check if the steering is correct.

2. When replacing the cutting tool, extend the cutting edge 2-4mm beyond the flat surface of the cutterhead, and then tighten the bolt. If the pressure bolt thread is found to be worn, it should be replaced immediately to prevent damage to the sliding disc nut.

3. To change the extension and retraction of the knife, it is necessary to extend the length of the knife uniformly.

4. By adjusting the length of the blade, if the particle size cannot reach the desired level, switch to a different aperture sieve.

5. It is strictly prohibited to throw firewood with stones and nails into the machine to prevent damage to knives and internal components.

6. Pay attention to checking the hammer bolts. If any looseness is found, tighten them immediately. If the hammer and bolts are severely worn, they should be replaced.

7. The grinding angle is a straight line of 28-30 °, and it is strictly prohibited to grind it into a convex surface.
