Brief introduction

The technical process of this equipment is mainly aimed at lithium-ion batteries with charged materials. Based on the structural characteristics of lithium batteries, energy is quickly released through needle discharge. And cool down through the spray conveying device.

Thus achieving the discharge of lithium batteries. The energy released during the process is discharged to meet the standards through backend environmental protection treatment.

Process flow

1. Needle discharge equipment: The charged lithium-ion battery is fed into the equipment through a conveyor, and the lithium-ion battery is discharged through a needle roller. By adjusting the gap between the needle roller and the feeding table, the discharge needs of different types of lithium-ion batteries can be met.

2. Spray equipment: feed the lithium-ion battery discharged by needle puncture into the mesh belt conveyor device. During the conveying process, cooling is achieved through a spray device. The lower part of the conveying device is equipped with a water tank. Can be recycled.
