Process flow

By using electric heating or liquefied gas heating, the internal temperature is set to 120 ℃, and the tin will melt. Electronic components will detach from the circuit board as the host runs. Process flow diagram

1. Circuit board dismantling machine: Two types of electric heating liquefied gas heating are used to control the internal temperature at around 150 ℃, causing the tin on the circuit board to loosen. As the dismantling machine rotates, it rubs against the circuit board, causing friction between the circuit board and the cylinder wall, and electronic components to fall off with the operation of the host.

2. Smoke dust removal cover: Add a cover for collecting smoke and odor on the dismantling machine to facilitate the collection of smoke and odor, in order to meet environmental standards.

3. Water spray tower: Purify smoke and dust particles passing through the induced draft fan through water spray.

4. Activated carbon adsorption box: adsorbs and deodorizes the purified flue gas through water spraying.

5. Plasma purification machine: After purification by an activated carbon adsorption box, the flue gas is subjected to colorless treatment, which can achieve environmental protection indicators.

6. Induced draft fan: Collect and discharge the filtered gas.
